In 1998, A•IN initiated the practice of customer consultation as the contact center of LG Telecom in the Yeongnam and Honam area. We launched into the unified corporation as A•IN in 2006.
A•IN endeavors to uphold the LG management philosophy, distinguish customer service from LG TeleCom, and offer services addressing customer needs.
Now A•IN's enthusiastic 1,800 employees operate the contact center of LG TeleCom in Busan, Daegu, Kwangju, and LG Powercom in Busan. The company also provides customer consultation at business offices all over the country, except for the metropolitan area.
