Speakers might not appear on the Music Flow Player depending on the settings of a router. Check the following instructions and try again:

1. Check if the password is correct when the router is on security mode.

2. Check if DHCP’s server is activated on the router settings

3. Check if the setting of router supports 802.11 a/b/g/n.

4. If you are using Mac address filtering function, add MAC address of the speaker.

5. If a router has a limit on the number of devices that can be connected at the same time, set the biggest number possible.

6. If you purchased the speaker and the router from different country, set the channel of router in the range of 1 to 11 of 2.4GHz bandwidth channel.

7. If the wireless isolation is on, turn it off.

8. When you are using several routers, connect a smart device and speaker to the same router.
