Group Play does not work even with the wired connection. What should I do?

- Group Play function does not work even with the wired connection

- Applicable models: NP8340, NP8540, NP8740, NP8350, LAS650M, LAS750M, LAS950M

Follow the picture below; add a bridge(R1) using a cable, then reset all speakers.

※ How to reset a speaker

If you press and hold “ADD [ pic 2 ]” button until it beeps twice, factory initialization is performed.

For sound bars, "RESET" is shown on the display.
