[Washing Machine]OE error occurs (Front Loading Washer)- water won’t drain

1. ‘OE’ message occurs when water isn’t draining. Check that the drain hose is not bent or twisted. 2. Check for foreign objects in the pump filter. 3. Open the drain pump filter cover. 4. Remove the plug from the drain hose to drain the remaining water. 5. When the remaining water is drained, recap the hose with the plug and put it back in place. 6. Do not place the drain hose too deep into the washer. 7. After the water is drained, turn the handle of the drain filter cap to the left and pull it out to remove the filter. 8. Clean the detached drain filter with a small brush (such as a toothbrush). 9. Turn the drain filter cap all the way to the right to reassemble it in the washer. 10. Cleaning the drain filter more than once a month is recommended.
