Freezing mostly occurs at the top right and left sides where you have the baskets. Doesn’t retain temperature for long once the power is off. Items kept at the bottom or back of the freezer would take ages to freeze. To get the best from it, ensure it runs for at least 6 hours uninterrupted and unopened.

This is probably the best freezer so far in the market. The freezer is very very fast freezing and can hold ice for at least 4 days without electricity. Is the best freezer I have ever used. If there's anything more than 5 star, this freezer deserves.

I bought the freezer last year February but started using 5days ago. It doesn't freeze/ form ice from the bottom, it just freezes by the top sides.

I bought this freezer few months ago, but I regretted buying it. It only freezes at the top left and rIght corners. The most painful aspect of it is that it doesn't retain its temperature for a long time.
