① Home or Menu button→ Lock→ Enter password→ Reset password→ Enter new password 2 times
<2012~2015 smart TV Netcast>
① Smart→ Setting→ Lock→ Enter password→ Reset password→ Enter new password 2 times
<2014~2016 smart TV webOS>
① Home→ Setting→ Lock→ Enter password→ Reset password→ Enter new password 2 times
