Audio is heard but video is not seen.
Symptom
It may take some time for OLED, LED, LCD, PDP products to show picture after power is turned on.
How
to fix
Check if LG logo appears normally on the screen when power is turned on.
When using a set-top box, check if its power is turned on.
※ For OLED and some models, LG logo doesn’t appear on the screen when power is turned on.
Service technician needs to inspect the following symptoms.
1. When ST-BY light blinks for more than 30 sec., power is turned off after flickering of ST-BY light
or clicking sound is repeated from the back side of the product.
2. When audio is heard but video is not seen, and setting menu doesn’t appear when pressing the menu button of remote control.

PDP.LCD,LED TV : Within about 10 sec.
※ LCD Wireless TV : 17 ~ 20 sec. (to wireless
connection)
OLED TV : Within about 15 sec.
