Fridge broken twice now
Our fridge has broken down twice now, for something that is only two years old it is appalling.
same problem each time with the fan icing up. they came out replaced the unit and three months later it has happened again.

My fridge is a little over a year old and I am currently waiting for parts yet again due to another breakdown.
It's fan has ice up and broken twice and the thermostat failed once, freezing and ruining everything in the refrigerator section.
My previous fridge was an LG, and I had experienced no problems in over 10 years. I'm sorry I purchased this fridge, though.

Wouldn't buy another LG fridge (or anything else LG)
I hate this fridge. We were looking for better space use (larger fridge over a smaller footprint) and the ice and water dispenser. The shelving has minimal variability and I find the shelving sizing means that it holds less than our old fridge. The fresh produce drawer and runner have both broken, the latter judged to be not covered by warranty despite no unusual use (the service person said "well fruit can be pretty heavy) when we pointed out it failed under usual expected load. Worst fridge I've owned; poor service. This has become the family example of a white elephant/bad decision.

Happy once again
This is about the fifth LG appliance that I have bought and it has so far lived up to the high standards that the others have set. I am sure in the future more LG products will be on my shopping list. The Fridge has done everything asked of it and the ice dispencer has kept up with our frequent demands.

A Great Fridge
We looked at a lot of fridges before settling on this one. To be honest the price was the deciding factor, but since we have purchased the fridge and have learnt all the functions of it, we are really happy with it.
This fridge suits our big family and stores all our cold storage needs with ease.
If we had to, would we buy another.....too right.
