IMPORTANT NOTICE – LG WD-1018C WASHING MACHINES

LG Australia has become aware that the control software of the initial production run of the WD-1018C washing machine applies European settings which causes these machines to run a shorter wash cycle, but use more water than LG Australian settings. This does not affect the washing performance.

LG Australia has commenced a program to upgrade the control software in all affected machines. If you own an LG WD-1018C washing machine please note the serial number & contact LG at the address below or call 1800 506 154 or by email wmrework@lge.com.au to arrange for your machine to be upgraded if necessary.
