What People Are Saying

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Build quality not all there- disappoints. I was reasonably happy with this phone, despite having some troubles with battery life and overheating. However, like many others who have owned this phone- One little drop and its now useless. The screen not only cracks easily, the whole phone becomes unusable due to a damaged digitizer. So much for 'Gorilla Glass'. The cost of fixing the phone is almost half the price of the phone new. Much more expensive than similar repairs for other phones on the market. Makes it redundant.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from dont drop it I had my nexus 3 days i was kneeling down and bent over and phone fell out my pocket just over a foot and cracked the digitizer. Totally unresponsive to touch. Very flimsy glass be carefull. Phone is super fast though and great specs for the price just make sure you put a cover on it or face $165 for repairs.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from an excellent phone This is easily the best smart phone that I have ever used. It is very quick, no noticeable lag. It has a powerful processor and it has never frozen on me. Battery life can be a problem, but I don't let this detract from my enjoyment of this product.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Very fragile I really enjoyed using this phone for a couple of months. Yesterday I dropped it onto a carpet covered floor, and the screen cracked. The digitizer stopped working as well. I was shocked at how easily the screen broke. I have never had this problem with any other phone. Manufactures should understand that people occasionally drop their phones, and they should design their products to withstand it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best phone on the Market and the Price is good too I have owned the Nexus 4 for several months now. After doing lots of research and now using the phone extensively I can see that it was the perfect investment. Although my heart was set on the Note II, I am very happy I did not purchase it. Both phones have very similar processors, memory, etc. Yes the Note II has the S-Pen, but I enjoyed having a stylus back in the Palm Pilot days, today, I rather just use a finger. The resolution is excellent and although the screen is not as bright as some of the other phones.. the battery life is better on this phone. What I like most about the Nexus 4 is that as high tech of a phone that it is, it cost several hundred less than its competitors and has hidden technology that can some day be unlocked. For example, after heavy studying, the phone is in fact contains an LTE capable chipset, the chip just hasn't been turned on for some reason (most likely future marketing), but I am sure someone will know how to unleash this speed. Wireless charging is built in and the phone is buttery smooth with very little lag time. Not to mention it will be the first to get Google updates which will always keep it on the cutting edge. Why would you spend more on another phone?
