It smells like plastic from the day of purchase, what should I do?

■ Parts of a new refrigerator might induce a plastic-like odor as a new car or new furniture has a distinctive smell.
1. Cleaning the refrigerator with alcohol helps to reduce the smell of plastic.
2. Refrigerators are equipped with a deodorizer. If it is used for a long time, its ability will decline; replace or clean the deodorizer and inside of the refrigerator.
※ Since deodorizers are semi-permanent, you can reuse a deodorizer by rinsing it under running water and dry it with a blow dryer.
※ If a pungent food is spilled over a deodorizer, it needs to be replaced.
