Drum Noises

Cause

The tub of a front load washing machine rotates 360 degree. The agitator paddles inside lift and drop clothes as part of the washing action.

This means that the appliance can make noises especially if buttons or zippers of clothes hit the sides of the drum.

Basically, these normal noises are normal

Troubleshooting

 - In order to avoid damage and reduce noises from the agitator paddles, zip up or fasten buttons  and

   turn clothes inside out.
 - Before washing, always remove all foreign objects from pockets.
 - Review
the label on the clothes to see if the clothes that you are washing are machine-washable.
