How to fix

Non-Smart

1. Check if there are 3.5m stereo (Audio) terminal and monitor audio output terminal on the product. If none, the model does not provide analogue audio output and earphones cannot be used.

<To set Sound Out speaker to headphone>

1.Menu → Sound → Sound Out Speaker → Headphone(earphone)

2.[Smart] or [Setting] of remote control → [Sound] → [Sound Out Speaker] → [Headphone]

※ Some models change sound out mode automatically when earphones are connected.
