The Rumour has spread: LG Rumour 2 includes bigger, enhanced keyboard!
Available exclusively at Bell, LG Rumour 2 offers favourite features from the original as well as juicy new additions
MISSISSAUGA, ONTARIO—(June 9, 2009) - LG Electronics Canada today revealed the latest addition to its QWERTY handset line-up: the LG Rumour 2. Available exclusively at Bell, the LG Rumour 2 is designed for those who want to stay in the know.
The Rumour 2 takes the texting phone to a new level. The addition of a fourth row on its slide-out QWERTY keyboard makes it even easier to spread the message. While the Rumour 2 shares the same sleek look as the original, it features a 1.3-megapixel camera, Bluetooth Stereo, threaded SMS, and a mobile music player with 16GB expandable memory. The LG Rumour 2 is also loaded with additional navigation keys including dedicated Left/Right and Up/Down directions and a new ‘emoticon’ key to allow for efficient and personalized messaging, because that’s how rumours get started.
“The LG Rumour 2 is the perfect sequel to Canada's hit phone the original Rumour, as it gives Canadians even more flexibility when it comes to texting,” said Pat Button, Vice-President, Mobile, LG Electronics Canada. “The Rumour 2 evokes emotions that Canadians will love. We have added a dedicated emoticon key to allow plenty of winks and smiles in their texting."
