 - No video, audio/video noise, or flashing video occurs when PC and monitor are connected with

   Mini DisplayPort cable.

 - Check whether label saying Real 4k x 2k is attached to Mini DisplayPort cable.

How to fix

 - Signal frequency is high for Model 31MU97, a high definition (4K) model, therefore audio and video output

   may not be complete when a general cable is used to connect PC and monitor.

   Please use Real 4k x 2k labeled Mini DisplayPort cable for connection.
