             If peripheral connected to the Input Port also supports ULTRA HD Deep Colour, as well as the

             media being played, your picture will benefit from a more realistic and natural looking colour palette

             resulting in increased depth and a finer texture about the image for an altogether clearer and cleaner

             picture.
             However, if the device doesn’t support it, it may not work properly.
             In that case, connect the device to a different HDMI port or change the TV’s ULTRA HD Deep Colour

             setting to OFF.

 

             Supported Display Resolution

             - On: Supports 4K@60 Hz (4:4:4, 4:2:2 and 4:2:0).

             - Off: Supports 4K@60 Hz (4:2:0).

             ● This feature is available only on certain models which support ULTRA HD Deep Colour.

             ● The placement of the port varies depending upon model.

 

 Abstract

 

             Do note that albeit the notion of Deep Colour would improve the image on screen with respect to

             clarity, depth perspective and a more natural texture, on the downside, it would require much more

             memory than currently used and more processing power to keep the succession of image moving,

             hence the reason most peripherals do not feature it.

 

             Unfortunately, gauging the trends ever since Deep Colour was introduced, chances of locating a

             device outputting high resolution colour palette other than an HD camcorder is not foreseen any day

             soon.

 

             As anything else affecting flat panel displays’ viewing performance, the end result appearing on

             screen is always as good at the weakest link in the chain.

 

             So, in order to take full advantage of HDMI Deep Colour feature you will need to ensure media being

             played or streamed, the audio video player reading the file and the television all support Deep Colour

             and HDMI cable connecting one to another is High Speed.
