CINEPLEX STORE – TERMINATION (NETCAST 3.0 ONLY)


 Issue

Cineplex Store is a popular Video-on-Demand (VOD) service in Canada that offers new releases and the largest selection of titles from every genre.

This service has been discontinued since October 1st and is no longer available on NetCast platform TV version 3.0. Service was discontinued at service provider’s request. Service will however remain uninterrupted on webOS models and other NetCast models whereas version is greater than 3.

During the re-packaging of Premium Content in November (software update) the app icon will be removed from the Premium Zone on NetCast models only.

Again, this applies to NetCast models version 3.0 only and the service will be available for webOS1.0, 2.0 and 3.0 televisions as usual as well as NetCast 4.0 & 4.5.
