GUIDE RAIL ISSUES

A light layer of frost on the guide rails is normal. This is caused by warm air entering the unit when the doors are opened. This warm air contains moisture which is cooled down and then frozen. To remove, use a warm, wet cloth to remove the frost and then dry well so the remaining water does not freeze.

If the guide rails are loose, check to see if a screw has come loose or is missing. If the guide rails are bent, warped, or damaged, the guide rails will have to be replaced.
