Correctly inserting SIM card in phone

Should customer call to inform you they have lost their phone service on their mobile phone…

…ask whether they may have recently removed and re-inserted SIM card into back of phone.

If yes, have them remove back cover once more.

Have them get a good look at the SIM card etched logo with arrow pointing up.

Have them confirm actual SIM card cut-off corner is positioned exactly as shown.

Have them remove SIM card and re-insert it correctly… it happens to the best of us!

If this was not the issue, SIM card or phone are defective. Have provider check it out.
