TRANSFERING FILES

Below are some steps that will help you transfer files from your computer to your Android or Feature phone.

- PC to Android Phone

- MAC to Android Phone

- PC to Feature Phone

Transfer Files from PC to Android Phone

To copy music, pictures and other files to and from your phone with your computer use a Micro USB cable.

- Once connected a message showing USB connection will appear in your Notification Bar. Open your notification bar by dragging your finger from the top of your display downward.

- Tap the USB message then Tap on Turn on USB Storage.

- Your device will now be shown as a drive connected to your computer. Locate the drive by viewing My Computer from the Start Menu.

- Drag files to and from your device as you would a hard drive.

- When finished Right Click on your device from the computer and select Eject before disconnecting.

* If connection is unsuccessful go to Settings – SD Card & Phone Storage – Enable Mass Storage Only.

Transfer Files from MAC to Android Phone

To copy music, pictures and other files to and from your phone with your computer use a Micro USB cable.

- Once connected a message showing USB connection will appear in your Notification Bar. Open your notification bar by dragging your finger from the top of your display downward.

- Tap the USB message then Tap on Turn on USB Storage.

- Your device will now be shown as a drive connected to your computer. Go to your desktop to locate your device (device may be shown as memory card).

- Drag files to and from your device as you would a hard drive.

- When finished Drag your device's icon to the Trashcan. The trashcan should change to an eject icon.

* If connection is unsuccessful go to Settings – SD Card & Phone Storage – Enable Mass Storage Only.

Transfer Files from PC to Feature Phone

You can transfer files such as audio and video to your cell phone from your PC.

- In order to transfer files from your PC to your phone, most phones require you to have a micro SD memory card and a USB data cable.

- After you have your memory card installed in your phone and have it connected to your PC with the data cable, you may need to enable "Mass Storage" or "Storage" mode. This option can normally be found in the "Settings" or "Tools" menu.

- Once your phone is connected in storage mode your PC should see it as a memory drive. You can then copy and paste files to your cell phone.
