Mobile Network Connections

Connection to your mobile network refers to your carrier’s phone service network. This is separate from your data connection that you may have with your carrier. The quality of the connection is represented by the number of signal strength bars showing at the top of your phone’s display. There are many things that can affect the quality of the mobile network connection. Your best first step if you are having trouble with your connection is to contact your carrier. They may be having service issues in your area, may be working on towers in your area, or you may be in an area that they do not have strong coverage in yet. Customers with CDMA phones may need to update the network information on their phone periodically, your carrier can help you with doing this.
