SPOTIFY APP ISSUES
Anyone experiencing issues running Spotify App on their Smart TV or device more specifically trying to pull up Playlists or attempting to retrieve inbox messages to no avail as if everything suddenly disappeared need to read the following.
It has been recently noticed and reported by end-users that playlists and inbox messages in the Spotify App on Smart TV & devices have gone missing.
When user selects either Playlists or Inbox menu none of it, either music playlists or inbox messages, can be recovered as if it was never there.
This is due to a recent change in playlist database server experienced by Spotify.
■ Issue Details
- Inability to retrieve any previous playlists.
- Inability to retrieve any of the received messages.
- Inability to create new playlists.
