UE ERROR CODE

The ‘UE’ error code on the display indicates that the washer has an unbalanced load condition that it is unable to resolve automatically.

It is important that the weight of the load be evenly distributed across the surface of the drum for proper operation. Mixed fabric loads can cause unbalanced rotation of the drum. Large single items such as sheets, blankets, and comforters tend to cause this error due to uneven spread across the drum. Smaller loads may clump together causing their weight to be in one place of the drum.

If the ‘UE’ error occurs, try rearranging the items in the drum and starting the spin cycle again.
