LEAKING FROM DRAIN PUMP AREA

If water is leaking from the drain pump area, it may simply need to be tightened. To check the drain pump area:

Open the drain pump flap.

Check that the filter is tightened fully by turning it clockwise. DO NOT turn the filter counterclockwise or water will pour from your machine.

Ensure that the plug is fitted in place on the manual drain hose, and inspect the hose for cracks or splits.

If the drain pump filter or hose are not secure, a significant amount of water will leak out quickly. After ensuring both pieces are secure, run a speed wash or quick cycle to ensure the leaking has stopped.
