No power. What to do?

If there is no visible sign of power then please try the following basic troublehooting steps

  • If you have just installed the unit please check your electrical house circuit breaker.
  • Try unplugging the unit for 10 seconds and plug in again. After that, turn on the unit.
  • Try a small appliance in the same socket and if this works, please contact LG for serivce. 
  • If the small appliance does not work, it indicates that the there is no electricity supply via that mains socket check your RCD for a tripped switch and reset if necessary
