[LG webOS TV] Sounds Problems
If you experience any of the problems below while using the product, please check the following:
There may be no problem with the product.
First of all, perform a ► ► ► Sound ► Sound Test
for check any abnormalities in the TV.
The screen is fine, but it does not play any sound.
Try another programme.
► ► ► Sound ► Sound out
Check whether the Sound Out is set to Internal TV Speaker + Audio Out (Optical) or Internal TV Speaker.
► ► ► Channels/Programmes ► Multi Audio
Select MONO in Multi Audio if you are out of range or sound multiplex broadcasting is not stable.
► ► ► Sound ►Sound Effects ► Balance
Adjust the balance as necessary with the Navigation button in Balance.
If this happens on only some of the programmes,
it may be caused by the broadcasting company's transmission signal.
Please have your broadcasting services provider (wired/cable) diagnose the problem.
The volume of different broadcasting stations' transmission output may vary.
► ► ► Sound ► Volume Mode ► Auto Volume
Set Auto Volume to On.

► ► ► Channels/Programmes ► Audio Language
Set your language preference in Audio Language.,
Use a normal music file (*.mp3, *.wav, *.ogg, *.wma).
