I cannot see applications from premium items of smart TV home menu.

Troubleshooting

I cannot see applications from premium items of smart TV home menu.


Cause

If country setting of smart TV is set to other countries, premium content is not available.


Symptom

Premium card or application is not seen from home menu.

※ You Tube, pooqtving, etc.

In country setting or auto setting for service country “Rep. of Korea” is set automatically, but it may be set to “other countries” when using a router.

For this case, select the country manually.


 How to fix 

- 2012 model :  [Home]→ [Setting menu] →  [General] → [Smart TV setting] → [Smart TV country]

When choosing a country, TV premium service of relevant country is provided.


- 2011 model
: [Home] → [Detail setting] → [Network] → [Smart TV setting] → [Country setting]

When choosing a country, TV premium service of relevant country is provided.

 


2012~2013 smart TV

Remote control [Home] or [Smart] [Setting][General][Smart TV setting][Service country auto setting]

※ After auto setting, Korea(auto) is not selected, set to Korea manually.


After 2014 webOS TV

[Home][Setting][General][Location][Service country auto setting]

※ If LG service country is not Korea, uncheck the box and select Korea.
