What if my registered fingerprint is not recognized?

 

 How to Fix

     Check if lock/power button or finger is clean. If there is contamination material such as moisture
     or dust remove and try again. If the issue persists, remove and re-add the fingerprint.

     If fingerprint recognition fails 5 times, you will need to unlock the device with the alternate 
     method you setup for security reason. 

     After the screen locks again you can use the registered fingerprint to unlock the device again.
