What is a SAR value?
The SAR is the abbreviation of Specific Absorption Rate which is an evaluation of the Electro-Magnetic Field (EMF) to human exposure. The applicable limit for Europe is 2 W/Kg and for USA/Canada is 1.6W/kg. Every LG mobile phone with radio wave emissions is designed below the SAR limit.
Measurements are carried out in accordance with European Standard, FCC/IC requirements(USA/Canada) and International Standards. Some countries have their specific standard for SAR.
