From now on, the eligible designated models of official LG Mobile Phone, which is purchased in Hong Kong or Macau, is entitled to one year warranty service in China via the authorized service centers. You will be able to enjoy the most convenient and comprehensive after-sales services when you travel between Hong Kong and China.

Terms and Conditions of Warranty Service in China for Official LG Mobile Phones:

1. By presenting the valid purchase invoice of the eligible designated models of official LG Mobile Phone purchased in Hong Kong or Macau (parallel-import and counterfeit products are excluded), it is entitled to one year warranty service in Hong Kong and Mainland China. The purchase invoice is counted as valid when the name and address of authorized dealer in Hong Kong or Macau, and the date of purchase are printed on that. Below warranty period covered is only applicable to the handset and in-box accessories of the eligible LG Mobile Phone purchased in Hong Kong or Macau. The promotional gift is excluded in this service. The warranty period is counted from the date of purchase.
(i) Mobile Handset: 12 months (ii) Charger: 6 months (iii) Battery: 6 months (iv) Earphone: 3 months (v) USB Cable: 3 months

2. The warranty service in Mainland China is only for the eligible official LG Mobile Phone under the terms and conditions of LG warranty services in China. The expired warranty period and man-made damage will not be covered. Customers are required to pay for the maintenance fee accordingly.

3. If any disputes, LG Electronics Hong Kong and LG Electronics China shall have the final discretion.
