How to find your Model Number

Detach the battery.
You can find the Model Number on the label.

※ Also you can find the model number in settings menu on your phone.

Download

Download the LG Mobile Support Tool to your PC.
Click 'install USB Driver' and select the model which you want to update. The correct USB driver will then be installed (Notice : Phone should not be connected with PC).
Once the USB driver is installed, connect your phone to your PC by using the bundled USB cable.
Click 'Start Updating'.

Download the LG Mobile Support Tool to your PC.
After Execution of LG Mobile Support Tool, Click Customer Support > Application, Manual & USB Driver Download menu.
Enter a value for "IMEI" or "serial number" in your phone and Search.
Download manual and software(Manual, PC sync, Drivers.)

LG expands its eight megapixel camera phone range with the launch [09-10-2008]

1. USB connection mode setting

   In order to SW upgrade start,

   Phone USB connection mode should be setup up to “PC suite”

    1) Power on the phone

    2) Connect USB cable to the phone

    3) Select “PC suite”,

       when USB connection mode pop-up appeared in the mobile
    4) wait 10 seconds.

2.Problem with communication between cell phone and PC

    > Found new hardware wizard (Flash Loader utility ) will appear while upgrading software.

       Click next and then click Continue Anyway for Windows logo certification popup.

       Click Finish to complete installation.

    > Please disconnect the cable from your cell phone ->Remove battery.



       Next : Click Retry Button -> Connect the cable from your cell phone.



       You can do phone software upgrade.

    > Disconnect the cable from your cell phone -> Connect the battery -> Phone Power on
