In order to support the strategy of reaching and engaging with customers across the world, LG Electronics have implemented a programme of high profile sponsorships on a global and domestic level.
At the start of the 2005 season, LG signed a deal with Fulham Football Club, to become their official Mobile Handset and Consumer Electronics partner. Fulham is the oldest of London's premier clubs, with records dating back to games played on a park pitch in 1879. Just 17 years later, the first game was played at Fulham's current home, Craven Cottage. Probably more than any other club, Fulham forged strong links to its football home, which adds to the unique family atmosphere that still exists today.
