2.  Enter the model name/number or browse for a model by product type
3. The warranty information for you specific product will be displayed in detail.  
Note: if you bought an extended warranty please contact the shop from where you bought it directly.

How to claim a warranty?

To claim the warranty of your LG product please go to the warranty claims menu, type or browse the model name or number of the product, there you  can submit online a request for service or you call us on the 0818-276955(National call Rate), we will advise you immediately how to solve the problem.
Please prepare the serial No of your product and proof of purchase; we may need it, to give you the most accurate information.
