No Signal while changing the default Data Network :
While changing the default data network, the network tries to register itself again.
During this process the phone may show "No Service" on SIM card to which the data network
is assigned. e.g. while chaging the data network from SIM 2 to SIM1, SIM 1 may show no network
for some time (e.g. 15- 60 seconds)
This should not be considered as a defect of the phone, this happens because the SIM registers
itself to network again.
