Symptom Symptom

               

             1. Frost builds up in the freezer.

 

Reason Cause

 

                 1. Hot food directly stored in the freezer releases steam, creating frost and icicles. When icicles form on refrigerator ceiling, door may not closed

                 properly.

 

How to fix How to fix

   

            1. Hot foods should be cooled down before being stored in the freezer.

            2. Remove icicles on ceiling with a hot towel.
