Moist Balance™ Crisper
Guarantees freshness by controlling moisture level. This is a special lattice-type box cover which controls moisture at optimum level. Depending on the moisture level of stored food, it either evaporates at high humidity or condenses at low humidity due to the grid-patterned structure. It therefore retains just the right amount of moisture to enhance the state of freshness.
