1. I couldn't find the app from the TV. (or, the app doesn't work properly) (Only applicable to NetCast 2.0)
By service provider, this app is currently unavailable to download from our app store. 

 If already downloaded this app, you may still find the app icon on TV, but may experience some unexpected technical difficulties while running app.
As for the specific date for the app release, it will be solely decided by the service provider; unfortunately, we can't provide further on that.
