Does water leak on the floor?
Reason
Water can leak due to defective purifier hose installation.
When a drain heater cannot be activated, water can also leak to the floor.
High humidity level can also accelerate dew forming to make water to pool and leak.
How to fix
Check if a sink is installed near the refrigerator.
Sometime water leakage occurs from the sink to the floor.
If the water leakage occurs due to burst water purifier tube,
close the feed valve and contact the service center.

Check water supply facilities and water purifier joints for water leakage.
