What should I do when an oven is hot?

1. Oven is hot when it is used for a number of hours.

1. Applicable model: General / steam lightwave oven (QR models : MA921MBS / MA921MBN / MA921NWS / MA921NBS)

2. It is not a sign of a defect, but due to heat generated from electrical parts at the top.
Please be assured that it is safe to use the product.

3. Check if air vents are clear of obstructions.
