Did you adjust Video output settings

when only audio can be heard without images when a video file is played?

Symptom Symptom

1. Blank screen occurs when a video file is played.

Cause

1. It is due to video player program settings.

How to fix

1. Run a video player program and right click to select Settings.

2. Select Video and change the video output from [Overlay Mixer] to [VMR9 Windowed mode].

Make sure the change has been made.
