What should I do when my speaker is disconnected all of a sudden?

- Check if the speaker and smart device are connected to the same network.

- In case of wireless connection, check if the speaker and smart device are in the range of a router signal.

1. When a Wi-Fi signal is interrupted by obstacles like furniture and appliances

 If the speaker connection is unstable because of obstacles(wall, microwave, refrigerator, TV, heater, etc.), change the channel of a router to reduce the interference from them.

  1)    Reset the speaker.

  2)    Go to the Setting menu of the router.

  3)    If the router specification is set at 802.11ac, change it to 802.11n mode. Refer to the manual regarding the settings.

  4)    Set the channel of router to the range of 1 to 11 of 2.4GHz bandwidth channel. For more information on the settings, refer to the router manual.

  5)    Connect the speaker again.

 When you use several speakers, you need to connect the initial speaker or bridge(R1) to a router with a cable then add the rest of speakers. 

How to reset a speaker

Press and hold “ADD [  ]” button until it beeps twice, and it will be rest to factory settings.

For a sound bar, "RESET" is on the display window.

 

2. When the speaker is placed where a signal is weak

3. Even after adding a bridge(R1) or speaker, the connection is unstable.
