Please check the right/left wheel.

Symptom

Voice message that says “Please check left/right wheel” sounds.

Reason 1

Error can occur when foreign materials are detected on the wheels.

How to fix 1

1. Before flipping over the main unit, please remove the dust bin.

Dust may fall if not removed.

2. If the main unit itself is not stuck, lay cloth on the floor and

place the machine upside down.

3. Check wheels to remove any obstacles.

Reason 2

Error can occur when the main unit is stuck.

How to fix 2

1. Remove obstacles on the floor such as wires and towels.

2. Please arrange chairs near the machine.
