I recommend this product
Gets stuck sometimes, but sucks well
Have been using this since 2013 on daily schedule basis. The corner brushes are the first to fail after 5 years. Just today, the rubber on one wheel has chipped off. From time to time, it does get stuck at random places. Overall, still satisfactory.

I wouldnt recommend this product
Very nice but maintenance needs update
It was very excellent when we had 2 problems with it. 1st problem: The battery broke but we called LG Customer Service and somehow they managed to fix it! 2nd problem: The left wheel sensor
broke. We did not fix it in 3 years! And we put it in its box (📦) and we tried to fix it but the Customer Service took too long to respond. But we will try again! 👋
