LG Electronics European Shared Service Center B.V. (LGESC) is located in Amstelveen, and consists of three divisions being the Shared Service Center, Logistics & Services and a Supply Chain Management division.

Shared Service Center
The shared European service organization provides support to the European marketing and sales subsidiaries with management and development of financial functions in the area of tax, credit insurance, treasury, product standards and legal affairs.

 

We are looking for the following temporary position (due to maternity leave) within the Facility (NFC) department:

 

Facility Officer (Temporary)

 

As Facility Officer you will be responsible for the delivery of high quality facility services such as: reception management, health & safety (BHV), catering and banqueting management. You will also be responsible for the department financial administration such as booking of facility invoices.

Other working activities will be:

  • Support the management of all facility related vendors, including but not limited to contract negotiations and management;
  • Support the execution of cost management, control and checking of re-curing costs;
  • Execution of all Facility related administration;
  • Ordering of facility related matters, such as: office supplies, maintenance materials;
  • Continuous quality improvement of Facility services;
  • General assistance to the Facility Team Leader and back up for other team members (fleet management and flight booking);

What are we looking for?

The Facility Officer has the following knowledge and experience:

  • HBO degree, preferably in Facility Management/Hotel Management
  • One to two years working experience in a Facility Department in a similar function (preferably reception and catering management)
  • Working experience in financial administration (invoice booking procedures)
  • Fluent in Dutch and English both written and verbal
  • Advanced user with MS office
  • Preferably a valid BHV license
