SVC Parts Group is responsible for spare parts logistics in Europe: transportation, warehousing, inventory control and after sales service. We deliver to approximately 3.500 Repair Centers on behalf of the 15 European Marketing Subsidiaries.

We are currently looking to fill the following position within the SVC Parts department

Operations Officer Inventory Control- intern

Tasks and Responsibilities

-          Performance: operate inventory control related issues to meet the agreed  standards / targets

-          Optimization: shared responsibility for the optimization of

• Invested amount of money in stock
• Availability of stock
• Minimization of backorder lead time
• Quality of Inbound deliveries

-          Data accuracy: responsible for accurate inventory data (given the available tools)

-          Others:

• Responsible for timely execution of agreed special tasks / projects

Measurements of tasks and responsibilities 

-       Availability of stock: fill ratio

• Per LGELS controlled warehouse
• Per Division / Product Group
• Per Supplier

-       Invested amount in stock: stock turnover ratio

• Per LGELS controlled warehouse / per division

-       Vendor cancellation rate

• Per supplier

-       Inbound Quality of Parts and Deliveries per supplier

Personal Profile

-       Customer orientated;

-       Excellent organizational and project management skills

-       Job ownership and self competitive;

-       Able to work autonomous but a motivated team player as well;

-       Initiative, pragmatic and motivated, positive attitude;

-       Excellent written and verbal communication skills

-       Fluent in English language; Korean language is a pre

-       Basic skills in data analysis tools (Excel)

-       No 9-5 mentality.
