How to Use Smart Diagnosis

Step 1
Download the "LG App" LG Smart Diagnosis (NZ) from the Android Play Store* or App Store^ onto your Smartphone or call the LG Customer Information Centre. Feature can be accessed on Android or iOS Smartphones.
Step 2
Press and hold the lock button for 3 seconds. Located on the front display panel of your Refrigerator.
Step 3
Open the right Refrigerator door and hold the mouthpiece to the speaker located on the right hinge door.
Step 4
Press and hold the Freezer Temperature button for 3 seconds. Located on the front display panel of your Refrigerator.

*Android 2.2+ is required
