First, check the message arising when the battery is not connected. “Lack of battery capacity” and “Your phone album is locked” messages mean you should recharge your batter to the full or to unlock your phone album.
“Your phone cannot be connected” message means you should remove other USB devices(card eaders or printers) from your PC and to connect the PC connection cable to other USB ports. Even if your phonebook or accessory programs appear “connected,” you are advised to run data exchange to ensure your phone is available for communication. Unless communication happens, check the installation status of drivers.
1. USB drivers are not installed in multiple cases including
1) when WINDOWS version is incompatible,
2) when USB drivers are installed while cables are plugged in, and
3) when other USB cables are plugged in at the same time.
2. Install the USB driver as follows.
1) Separate cable from PC > Control Panel >Uninstall/Remove Programs > Delete LG USB MODEM and reboot your PC
2)On LGMobile Support Tool, select 'USB Driver Install' and your model to install the driver
※ To install the driver, USB cable must be separated.
You can designate settings for your phonebook, schedule, to-do-list and memo data on your phone or PC to be synchronized, so that you can use such data on either terminal upon turning on the phone. You can set up automatic data exchange using the Send/Receive item under the Setup Menu.
[Caution] When you select the two-way transmission for the Send/Receive setting, once you delete data on either terminal before you run the Send/Receive, the data may be deleted on either your PC or phone in order to keep data synchronized between the two terminals. You should be careful before using this feature.
You can connect your phone to a PC with a special USB cable (usually supplied with the phone).
Depending on the settings of the phone it responds as a USB key/stick, Music device or for data transfer with PC Sync software (including modem capabilities).
Refer to your manual for detailed information on PC-Suite/Sync.
You can't make your voice heard on the other end, can you? If so, that means the radio frequency isn't well. You are advised to ring off for a moment and try ringing again. Or, you may move to another room and try again.
If you still can't make your voice heard on the other end, visit a nearby service center.
