Device temperature increase and rapid battery drain after installing Facebook/Facebook Messenger App
Symptom
■ Device temperature increases and battery drains fast after installing Facebook / Facebook Messenger App.
How to fix
■ To check whether Facebook / Facebook Messenger use a lot of battery, Go to Settings > General > Battery > Battery usage.
End-user can view battery usage details showing which components use the most battery.
Please advise end-users with the complaints to change Facebook app settings as follows.
■ Facebook Messanger App
Delete Facebook Messenger app or select the "Stop" button frequently.
