What should I do to protect the outdoor unit from the events of nature such as rain and snow?
Outdoor unit is exposed to rain and snow.
1. The unit is designed for the outside conditions. Be sure to install and maintain unit in accordance to manufactures recommendations as per installation and owner’s manual supplied with product
2. To keep the outdoor unit from snow or rain, it is possible to install a screen above the unit. However be sure to encourage complete ventilation around unit as per installation manual
