Phone will not connect to LG PC suite

Symptom

■ Phone will not connect to LG PC suite

Cause

■ USB PC connection mode should be set to Media device(MTP) for LG PC Suite connection.

If MTP mode is not selected, Phone will not connect to LG PC Suite.

How to fix

1. Select the connection mode to MTP

2. Launch the PC Suite Tool

3. Check the connection between PC Suite Tool and the phone
